How To Order

It couldn't be easier!  Simply email sales@houseofgifts.co.uk with the pieces that you require, we will then come back to you with stock availability, or an e.t.a. for the next batch to arrive in the UK.  If this meets your approval, you email us to confirm your order which we will get immediately underway.  Unlike other websites, we only require payment from you once we have your furniture ready for collection.  We are very well looked after by the manufacturer and we will have your piece(s) available as quick, if not quicker, than any other retailer and as you see from our website, we are certainly the best priced.

Terms & Conditions

Our terms our simple, we only deal with people as we would hope to be treated ourselves.

Whilst every effort is made to replicate the images and sizes our catalogues depict, please note that each piece is hand crafted and hence sizes and reproduction can vary slightly.  Please check the measurements of the piece you have purchased before you leave our premises to make sure that it fits manoeuvring and placement in your home if exact space is an issue.

Once an item of furniture has been collected from our premises, you have deemed that is it satisfactory and House Of Gifts cannot be held liable for any refunds or returns for any reasons whatsoever, such as you do not like the piece, or it does not fit in your home.

We do not deliver unless you are very local to us.  We do not dispatch furniture to third party couriers, only directly to our customers.

On the aged ranges of furniture such as Valbonne, Chateau and Versailles, natural timber and traditional treatments have been used throughout to archive an authentic, antique appearance, then hand finished with seven individual processes to create an aged effect. Any visible, blemishes, stains and distressing are intentional and are part of the desired finish and should not be considered as defects.
